Saints Row 5, anyone? Deep Silver teases “exciting things ahead” for its open world crime caper series

The last time we heard from the Saints gang, they were defending the White House from an alien invasion in Saints Row 4, then taking on Satan himself in Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell. The open world action franchise, with its low-grade visuals and tacky, South Park meets Archer tone, might have aged about as well as a raw chicken in a Turkish sauna, but Deep Silver promises it isn't done with the Saints just yet. For one thing, Saints Row the Third has just arrived on the Nintendo Switch, but the

Captain America could lift Mjolnir before Avengers: Endgame according to the Russos

Yep, we’re out of spoiler territory now, so I can come out and say it: Captain America lifts Mjolnir. It was a huge, iconic shot, but it could have canonically happened well before than according to co-directors Joe and Anthony Russo. According to Anthony Russo, it all ties into the moment in Avengers: Age of Ultron where Cap nearly lifts Mjolnir, and worries the God of Thunder in the process. Basically, Captain America was always worthy – he just didn’t want to let anyone know until he was read

Apex Legends is going to start penalizing players for leaving early

Last week's rollout of the Apex Legends 1.1 update caused some brief moments of stress for players who logged into the game and discovered that their accounts had apparently been reset. It was, fortunately, a relatively simple problem to correct with no long-last consequences, but it wasn't the only thing that went wrong. Some players also noticed the appearance, and then sudden disappearance, of a "leaving early" penalty for players who bail out of a game too quickly. There was a piece of scrip
