Next iPhone may be able to boost other devices with two-way wireless charging

Wireless charging has been a major feature on Apple's iPhone line up for the last few generations, but it seems the company may have a new innovation to make the feature even more interesting. That would essentially allow your iPhone to act as the wireless charging pad itself, sharing its battery power with other devices such as another phone - as long as it supports Qi wireless charging - or other accessories. Rumors for Apple AirPods 2 suggest the next-gen headphones may support wireless charg

Apex Legends mods ban 16,000 cheaters since launch

Apex Legends moderators banned more than 16,000 cheaters since the game’s Feb. 5 launch, and promise more punishment for anyone not getting the message. It may be a little tricky, for now, as the battle royale does not have a reporting feature directly in the game. The ban info came in an overall update posted to Reddit on Friday. The game’s second patch will come sometime this week, although Respawn shared no details about what it entails. Respawn is getting a soundstage and a set for live stre

Destiny 2 Won’t Bring Back Trials in Its D1 Form

report this adWhen it was initially added to Destiny 2, Trials of the Nine was meant to be the science fiction shooter’s top-tier PvP offering, but as many Guardians are likely aware, the feature didn’t live up to the expectations set by its predecessor–that is, D1‘s Trials of Osiris. The Epic Store has an offline mode now, development roadmap coming soon

Two basic features were absent at the launch of the Epic Games Store: cloud saving, which is supposed to come soon, and the ability to play games offline. I can't find a way to manually switch to offline mode, but try this: close the Epic launcher (it doesn't seem to matter if you're signed in or not), disconnect from the internet, and launch it again. It'll let you know that it can't connect, and will give you the option to skip sign-in. Do that, and you should still be able to launch installed
