LG C9 OLED (OLED55C9, OLED65C9, OLED77C9) review

The LG C9 represents a triumph of OLED evolution, improving every aspect of its performance thanks to the addition of artificial intelligence. The C9 OLED retains the same sleek and minimalist appearance, as well as the sloped stand that fires sound at the listener. HD/SDR PerformanceThe LG C9 delivers all the picture benefits you would expect from an OLED TV: incredibly inky blacks and superior contrast ratios. The LG C8 OLED is the predecessor to the C9 and still one of the best OLED TVs aroun

That's why the feature I most want to see in the next generation of consoles is a day-one, full commitment from everybody (I'm looking at you, Sony) to make

PS5 Price Will Be ‘Appealing’, Says PlayStation Console Architect

Oddly absent from Tuesday morning’s PlayStation 5 spec and feature breakdown was any mention of the console’s price. It seems that Mark Cerny, Sony’s lead console architect for the PS5, did mention pricing in his interview with Wired, but it was simply left out. Cerny offered no specific price point, of course, but he did offer some insight into Sony’s goals with the PS5. It’s certainly possible that such hardware could drive up the PS5 price to $600, but Cerny likely would avoid language like “

Could a future Huawei phone borrow the Samsung Galaxy A80’s key feature?

Samsung has just launched the Samsung Galaxy A80 which boasts three-camera selfie power thanks to a rotating camera array, but it looks like Huawei is interested in the idea too judging by new patents from the company. The patents, filed in China and picked up by TechSmarti, show three front snappers nestled in a chunky notch over the screen's display, as well as several sketches that show different ways a three-camera rear setup could be arranged. What are we expecting in the iPhone 11? What ca

Outward’s useless map is its best feature

Not without flicking my map open for a split second at every fork in the road just to make sure I'm not remembering incorrectly. Outward's map doesn't have a handy player marker showing my location that I can obsessively check. With no icon showing my current location, Outward's regional maps function more like tests than answer keys. Aside from checking the position of a location I haven't explored yet, I've given up Outward's map entirely. And there's one more benefit—bandits can't sneak up on
