Game of Thrones season 8 runtimes confirmed, including four movie-length episodes for the grand finale

After all these years of fervently following HBO's fantasy series, Game of Thrones season 8 is going to end with a bang - a very prolonged one. HBO has officially announced the air dates and runtimes for the final season, and the last four of these six episodes have been confirmed for movie-length runtimes at well over an hour each. We knew from a previous leak that the last few episodes would be way longer than usual, but to see HBO go all-out for the finale is heartening - after all, Game of T

The Division 2‘s early access period is March 12 to March 14, giving players a full three days of play before the rest of the world gains access to the game on March 15. To get early access for The Division 2 and play early, anyone interested needs to purchase either the Gold Edition ($99) or the Ultimate Edition ($120). Star Trek Discovery S2.06 review: “Should have played out over multiple episodes”

It's nice to more of Saru's backstory being explored, but The Sound of Thunder really should have played out over multiple episodes rather than being squashed into just one. Star Trek Discovery season 2 continues its ongoing mission to fill out the backstory of its more secondary characters with episode 6, The Sound of Thunder, which is all about Saru (Doug Jones). With some story spoilers from this point onwards, here’s our verdict on Star Trek Discovery season 2, episode 6, The Sound of Thunde

Arrested Development returns to Netflix with eight more episodes in March

The final half of Arrested Development’s fifth season will come to Netflix on March 15, the streaming service announced Tuesday. I have seen every episode of Arrested Development, and frankly speaking, I hardly remember what happened in season 5’s first part. After a majorly disappointing fourth season, Netflix, Mitch Hurwitz, and the rest of the crew decided to take another crack at our once-beloved corpse. Will this mark the end of the Bluth family saga? But I can’t stand to see Arrested Devel

The Walking Dead season 9’s next eight episodes are “the best since season one” according to Norman Reedus

While The Walking Dead season 9 has taken a massive leap forward in time, the show is still desperately looking to recreate the magic from years gone by. At one time, it was held up as one of the best dramas around. Norman Reedus, though, is convinced that the upcoming eight episodes are some of the best since the show’s original run way back in 2010. The time jump, along with Andrew Lincoln leaving the show, certainly gives The Walking Dead season 9 more room to manoeuvre than ever before, path

Netflix finally brings its smart downloads feature to iOS devices

Back in July of 2018, Netflix unveiled a 'smart downloads' feature for its Android and Windows 10 apps to help manage the downloaded episodes on your device. With the smart downloads feature switched on, the Netflix app will wait until your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network before deleting watched episodes and downloading the next available one. Credit: NetflixAs the feature automatically deletes an episode for each one it downloads, this should ensure that there is always space available o
