gamezone wrote a new post, MLB: The Show 17 had a face glitch that turned players into something out of a horror film, on the site GoGame.com 2 years, 7 months ago
Even the developers of the world’s greatest baseball game have to work out the kinks in Spring Training. The glitch was discovered early on in development and was a result of relatively normal development procedures. The head on the left was the product of the new player hair stretching out farther than it was supposed to. The developers said that at times, the hair would end up stretching across the entire field. It’s simply a reflection of the fact that game development is a very messy process

Just like our hypothetical sketch, the first thing you’ll notice about Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness is its visuals. Science fiction meshes with fantasy throughout Star Ocean. If a typical JRPG adventure has the scope of Star Wars, then Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness is an episode of Star Trek. Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness’ combat is a real highlight. Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness is a game made for JRPG fans.

I’ve been a harsh critic of Telltale games in the past. Despite fantastic writing and character building, the games have constantly been let down by their own architecture. But I do like me some Batman, and with news that this is a revamped engine, I suddenly became very excited for a Telltale game. The game maneuvers into a nice and thick Bruce Wayne segment, which really shows you the kind of character you’re going to choose to be. This is something that Batman deals with all the time in the c
I love Mass Effect and its lore. I was one of five people to get Mass Effect 3 early from the weather balloon launches and am cautiously optimistic about how Andromeda will carry on the storyline. Now that Mass Effect: Andromeda has been pretty much fully revealed, we wanted to go ahead and look back at the top 5 characters in the Mass Effect Universe. I got enough of that with Shepard and other characters and found Grunt to be just what Mass Effect needed from the Krogan race. Grunt is the Leer

A lot of great games were made back in the day and one of them was the PlayStation 2 classic Red Dead Revolver, the father of Red Dead Redemption, and now this piece of gaming history has been made available on the PlayStation 4. It was first revealed that Red Dead Revolver would be coming to PlayStation 4 when the Australian PlayStation store accidentally listed the game, and now 30 days later it is available via the PlayStation version of backward compatibility, and it’s a flashier version of

Build, craft and surviveThese three pillars should be familiar with anyone who has played Minecraft, or any other survival game with building mechanics before. The game thrusts you into building rather quickly, as you come across your first settlement that’s left in ruins. As you find more crafting materials and build rooms, you’ll start to attract villagers, who will in turn need more rooms built, and the cycle continues. Everything you make to enhance your base will continually award you with

Valkyria Chronicles was one of the PS3’s quietest gems, but it remains one of the system’s best games. Now after releasing a Remastered version of the original game, Sega has quietly been developing Valkyria Revolution, whose surname represents far more than the war you will fight in the game. Valkyria Revolution is a far different game than the three that have come before it, taking place in an alternative time, continent, and universe while featuring a completely overhauled combat system. Baseball fans know by now to expect another entry of the greatest baseball game on the planet, MLB The Show every year. Valkyria Revolution is coming, but it’s tough to gauge how much the game has really evolved to this point. SEGA has released a couple of trailers that shed some light on the game and show off a much bigger game than previous entries. The first trailer (seen above) shows off Valkyria Revolution’s all new LeGION Battle System, which is a lot more real-time than any game that has previously come out. The trailer below shows off the Home Base, Elsinore, which lets player upgrade and outfit their cha

Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir is an updated version of the original 2007 game. Odin Sphere deals with some depressing storylines and is able to convey each character’s emotion on its 2D plane. It’s also worth noting that the game performs masterfully at 60fps, which the original Odin Sphere had big issues with. Not to mention it also includes the entirety of the original game packed in as well. Despite the price, Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir is a fantastic game, and I almost couldn’t believe that one of

4A Games has said previously that Metro Exodus will be more open than the previous games in the Metro series, but it won't be a completely open world like that of Stalker. For one thing, individual levels in Exodus will be much larger than anything seen in the previous games. The biggest outdoor level in Last Light was roughly "200 meters to 100 meters," Prokhorov said,. That means everything from weapons, attachments, and other loot, to "frozen stories" that reveal more about the game world and

Ubisoft is currently testing a new limb penetration system that allows bullets to travel through one limb and into another. Ubi put together the handy graphic below that shows the basics of limb penetration. For instance, a shot through the arm and into the chest will only deal chest damage. With limb penetration in mind, it's not hard to imagine other enemies (or friendlies) getting caught in the crossfire.
