All hail the king of Lich King cosplay

Arthas Menethil, Warcraft's Lich King, is not an easy guy to cosplay. Then there's the sheer amount of armor involved, which can't be easy to walk around in let alone put together. But Russian cosplayer Aoki, with assistance from his partner in life as well as cosplay Nargas, went all out on it. So they continued updating it over the next year, and you can see the full process detailed on their blog. Aoki and Narga made a cute video about the process of turning him into Arthas, with a cameo by N

Two cars from Final Fantasy 15 are coming to Forza Horizon 4

The Regalia—the sweet ride the lads from Final Fantasy 15 cruise around the countryside in—is spreading across videogames like some kind of automotive virus. It was added to Forza Horizon 3 last year, it's coming to Final Fantasy 14 as part of a crossover quest, and now it's being added to Forza Horizon 4. Of course this won't be the Type-F flying model, but both the regular Quartz Regalia and the Type-D (which is an off-road monster truck thing) are being added. The two cars can be earned in th

Minecraft players are watching movies on in-game TVs after latest update

Minecraft's latest snapshot update, 19w07a, allows players to create animated paintings, paving the way for widescreen TVs showing full-length films. The update breaks paintings up into individual textures, and players have been using that to show video footage of varying quality. They were able to stitch together different paintings to show a high-quality copy of the Gravity Falls intro. A word of warning: it's 500MB, and having multiple animated paintings on a server will certainly cause a bit

Anthem’s cutscene bugs are hilarious and horrifying

Anthem has a story that involves normal, healthy people, but I wouldn't know because I'm trying to erase it all from my memory. During a few cutscenes, I encountered some bugs that range from extremely funny to extremely traumatic, with bodies disappearing or contorting into terrible shapes Lovecraft would cower from. VIDEO: Anthem's bizarre cutscene bugs, also available on YouTube . These distracting bugs don't even take into account Anthem's other problems. If you've seen any hilarious or horr

More than 16,000 Apex Legends cheaters banned in first ten days

Respawn has banned more than 16,000 Apex Legends cheaters since the battle royale game launched on February 5, it said in a Reddit post yesterday. It didn't break that figure down by platform, so we don't know how many of those cheaters are on PC. I haven't run into any obvious cheaters yet, but clearly they exist—and Respawn is encouraging more players to flag up anything suspicious. Clearly it'd be easier if you could report players directly in the game, and it sounds like that feature may be

The creators of The Witcher Tabletop Roleplaying Game will release a streamlined, free version of the RPG this summer, they have announced. You can read a bit about the history of the game in Jonathan's post here—it was announced in 2015 and was due to release in 2016, but consultations with CD Pro

Underworld Ascendant devs overhaul world structure, story and quest design

Underworld Ascendant was a disaster. On release, the game world was made up of seven large, semi-open levels connected via portals, and you picked up missions at a notice board in a central hub. Following the latest update the entire world is now connected, with levels branching off of The Grand Staircase, which spirals down through the dungeon. You can also watch the team talk about the update in the video at the top of this story. I highly doubt it's turned Underworld Ascendant into the game t
