If that describes you (and you have a PlayStation VR or are willing to spend the money on one), good news: there's a Last Guardian VR experience coming to PS4 on December 12. The Last Guardian VR is referred to as a "demo," but don't go getting any ideas about a bigger project in the works. "The Last Guardian VR Demo is a short experience, and it is standalone," he writes. In fact, you don't even need to own The Last Guardian either - the experience is completely free. Still, to do that with the

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle review: “This Jumanji makeover’s a losing game”

“This is Alan’s home – I’m just living in it,” someone says in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, in reference to the character Robin Williams played in the 1995 original. Gone is director Joe Johnston, whose seat behind the camera is now filled by Bad Teacher’s Jake Kasdan. Even Jumanji’s different this time around: the arcane board game of Johnston’s movie has now morphed into an Atari-style videogame. (At one point Black gives Gillan tips on how to ape a sexpot seductress.) Complete every level

Music recognition and AR? Apple is reportedly buying Shazam

Here's a pairing we didn't quite see coming: Apple is close to buying Shazam, the music recognition app, according to a new report. While it's reportedly valued at over $1 billion, TechCrunch sources say Apple is buying it for much less. The most obvious is bringing Shazam's music recognition capabilities to Apple Music, perhaps helping users more easily find music. Shazam also has a feature that lets users see what popular artists are Shazaming, and this could conceivably make its way to Apple
